The living area is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV that invites you to slow down and savor the moment. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that encourages you to take your time and enjoy your meals before heading out to explore the mountains.

A spa-like oasis, the spacious bathroom is the perfect space to pamper yourself from head to toe.

The loft offers both a sanctuary of relaxation and endless potential for fun. Upstairs, you’ll find a sumptuous queen-size bed, a sofa for lounging, and a cool, game room-like atmosphere featuring a mini, convertible foosball and pool table.

Outside, the private balcony is a beacon of rest and relief, while just over at the twinkling fire pit area, every night can be s’mores night.

For even more adventure, Luxe Nest is just a short drive away from local hiking trails, parks, and other outdoor attractions, including South Cumberland State Park, Fiery Gizzard, Foster Falls, Mountain Goat Trail, Bigfoot Adventure, The Caverns, University of the South at Sewanee, and more!
