The owner, a Sewanee University alum, had always dreamed of owning her own piece of the mountain, so in collaboration with her non-profit organization, Adventure Therapy Foundation, she saw that dream to fruition through the purchase of this tiny home. Adventure Therapy Foundation has dedicated its cause to helping those diagnosed with cancer and their families re-engage with life and live it to the fullest. With that same goal in mind, incredible experiences are made possible for these families each time Adventurer is rented. 

 

Special features of this home include a QLED Frame TV, a workspace that easily converts into an extra bedroom equipped with a murphy bed, a spacious loft complete with a reading nook, and an outdoor dining area where families can enjoy a meal while breathing in the fresh, mountain air.

The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls is a gated luxury tiny home community in southeast Tennessee. The community is only 15 minutes from the University of the South in Sewanee. It is also a short drive from Nashville and Chattanooga and a couple hours from Atlanta.

Located halfway between Chattanooga and Nashville, Monteagle is a gateway to the outdoor adventure within South Cumberland State Park (3 minutes away). Monteagle is part of a unique cultural history that developed along the Cumberland Plateau in the late 19th century that is still being celebrated today.
