Please note that weekend nights do not apply towards the minimum stay requirements. Bookings must include nights from Sunday through Thursday to qualify for a discount.
The epitome of comfort and style, Tiny Gem features all the familiar aspects of a tiny home that thousands of guests have come to love.
The home includes a fully stocked kitchen with island seating, an ensuite master bedroom, a guest bedroom and bathroom, plus a full-sized loft that doubles as a den for a cozy, yet spacious area for family, friends, and couples to cozy up and watch TV. Smart TVs are also located in both downstairs bedrooms.
Tiny Gem is studded with windows that flood the modern, open floor design with natural light and incredible views of the community just outside.
The exterior offers a screened porch and an unscreened deck that together house plenty of seating, outdoor dining, and even bohemian-style swings along with a private back yard where memories and meals can be made around the campfire.
In addition to these amenities that the property itself has to offer, Tiny Gem is also conveniently located only a short walk away from one of several public fishing docks and two pavilions, one floating and one stationary.

Tiny Gem is complete and production-free, but please be advised that other parts of the community are still under construction.
