Only a short walk from public fishing docks, communal firepits, an outdoor fireplace, and a floating pavilion, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom tiny home with a loft is packed with access to fantastic features that can turn your getaway experience into something special.

With its minimalist design, Sommarstuga is spacious, yet compact enough to maintain the character of a true tiny home experience. The interior features a full-sized dining room, a private living area, and an ensuite master bedroom.

The exterior has much to offer as well, including an electric vehicle charging station, a roomy deck equipped with a grill plus an extra food prep station, a picnic table area, and a fenced lawn.

Popular day trips in the area include The Caverns, Bigfoot Adventure, The Mountain Goat Trail, The Fiery Gizzard, Denny Cove, Buggy Top Cave, Foster Falls, Greeter Falls, Stone Door, South Cumberland State Park, The University of the South at Sewanee, our very own Deer Lick Falls, and so much more.

Tracy City is home to The Retreat at Water's Edge, the highly anticipated sequel to The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls. This tiny home community combines the serene woodlands of the mountains with the luxury of waterfront living. The Monteagle/Tracy City area is also known for its hiking trails and quaint sense of community and is loaded with things to do. From the vast expanse of the renowned Fiery Gizzard Trail to the fresh baked goods of Tennessee’s oldest operating bakery, Dutch Maid Bakery, you’ll find activities for all times of day, any time of year.
